Living a busy, active life is incredibly rewarding—but it can also be a major challenge when it comes to meeting your nutrition goals. As a Registered Nurse, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Pilates Instructor, I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle long days full of responsibilities. Just today, I spent my entire day—from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM—teaching Pilates classes. Trust me, it wasn’t easy to stay fueled and energized without a solid plan in place!
